Welcome!

As a clinical psychologist, I have been trained to work therapeutically with individuals facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 32 years, I also have first-hand experience of the challenges that come with managing this chronic condition.

I offer sessions in Cape Town or online via Zoom, focusing on diabetes-related psychotherapy. Using evidence-based approaches, I work with children, adolescents, and adults with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, and provide family support when needed. My goal is to help people with diabetes not just manage their condition, but truly thrive.

I’m also deeply passionate about the brain-body connection. In addition to my diabetes-focused work, I provide neuropsychological assessments, detailed reports, and court testimony for individuals with brain-based disorders.
